Haya Shahzad — visual artist, illustrator and animator based in Islamabad — accepts commissions across fine art, illustration, design, mural painting and pixel animation. Work to date includes a three-month interior mural residency for Studio A, pixel commissions for Khokakhola, Artkaaj and the Paint Dialogues programme, a marker content collaboration with Mercury Brito Co., and ad storyboards for Muzz. What I take on
- Fine art — Oil portraits, figure studies, still life, allegorical work. From-life or from-reference; canvas or board.
- Illustration — Editorial, character, cover art, narrative spreads. Digital or hand-painted, in any colour palette.
- Pixel art & animation — Characters, looping animations, motion graphics for social. Native pixel resolution, frame-by-frame.
- Mural — Interior wall painting at residency or single-commission scale. Composed on paper before scaling.
How it works
- Brief. Send a short description of what you need, any references, and your timeline.
- Sketches. Initial pencil sketches or thumbnails come back within a week for approval.
- Approval. One round of revisions on the sketch before final execution begins.
- Final. The finished work is shared at full resolution for sign-off.
- Delivery. Files delivered digitally, or originals shipped at cost.
